The only smart comment was from Jose Garcia. Eloy is falling apart with all the historic buildings in shambles. With the highest taxes in the area why wouldn’t you fix it up? I mean come on look what they spent on that new building of there’s. Absolutely ridiculous.

It would be a shame to destroy this historical building. There has to be an economical way to re-establish it so it has a value-added purpose to Eloy. Something to draw attention, business and increased use.

Lynnette Cariño Longoria especially those of us who were on a committee about 10 years ago who took a similar proposal to the City Council with no action taken. The committee was formed by the then City Manager. Costs were about half as much then and a $500,000 grant was not used, so therefore lost.

I hope when making the decision you guys walking around asking for votes as you did when u wanted votes to get in the seat to run our town !! This whole presentation was a would if only 100 people go a day!! We definitely need something that will bring jobs and money to our town!!! Our youth need something to do im sure a park is not gonna do it for them! I mean they are our future right!! But what are we really giving them to work with !!

Great proposal, better to do the renovation than a dumb park. We've got parks. Eloy needs more places for its residents to be able to enjoy without having to travel out of town to enjoy themselves. I am all for it.

All of elioans go to casa grande Harkins theater. having our own theater again will be nice. It will bring money in our town. Thus we can grow and build.
